Please refer the below points for raising the dispute with us regarding the product

Below Are the Points for Product Dispute.

  1. For Wrong Product Received we need an unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery with the bill provided by us and need to raise the Dispute within 2 days after receiving the product.
  2. The replacement will be done after the product getting the image of the product received on our support mail.
  3. Damaged product return TAT is 3 days after receiving the product.
  4. Any other issue such as quality we will provide a 7 days return policy.
  5. You can contact us by sending the mail to or filling the feedback form we will get back to you.
  6. For Refund, if it is approved it will be refunded to you once the product is picked up by our Courier provider within 5-7 working days and we will be refunded on the product price, not the courier charges if you have paid any since we also have to bear the shipping charges Hope you understand on the same.
  7. But if you have paid the payment and not received the product/return the product in that case we will process the full refund with shipping charges if you opted for Express shipping.
  8. For every dispute raised by you, we will be reviewing with our manufacturer so that we can help you provide the best service and experience also to avoid future inconvenience.
