  • Your order will shipped within 2-4 business days from our warehouse china . Please note that occasionally our warehouses experience periods of high order volume and it can take up to 4 business days to ship your order. We will make sure your order is shipped as quickly as possible




  • We have three shipping partner who ships our products from the warehouse below are the time limit for the same .


  •  FREE SHIPPING : It is free world wide and may take 25-30 days  for the delivery


  • DHL SHIPPING : There will be shipping charge for this shipping as this is a Express shipping will take 10-15 days from the time of shipping  and shipping cost will be depend on your  location.


  • UPS SHIPPING : There will be shipping charge for this shipping as this is a Express shipping will take 15-20 days from the time of shipping  and shipping cost will be depend on your  location.


  • Our warehouses are open during standard business hours Monday - Saturday . Unfortunately, Mobteck cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to the unknowns involved with trans-border shipping. Customs can delay, refuse to process, or impose duties to international shipments at their discretion. Shipments can also unfortunately be returned to us or lost in transit with no reasons indicated. Other possible reasons for delay that are out of our control are weather, labor strikes, and volume peaks.


  • Import Taxes: It's important to note that you may be required to pay an import tax on your order. That will all depend on where you live. The best thing to do is to check with your local customs office to learn about specific taxes in your location. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have seen a high number of import tax in the following countries, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, and the Philippines.


  • Although rare, if your products are lost in transit we will send new ones to you. We will do everything we can to make it right. We want to make sure you receive your order.

    *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered."Claims  for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.


We have a 10 days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.




We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
